Travel and Hotel Information
This year the conference will take you to easily accessible Orlando, Florida – always a hit with our attendees. Our host hotel this year is the JW Marriott Grande Lakes Resort which features outstanding meeting facilities, beautiful grounds and well appointed sleeping rooms. The room rate for this year is $179 a night, single/double. There are a small number of rooms reserved pre and post conference, If you plan to extend your stay, be sure to book early to get this discounted rate. Rooms outside of the conference dates will go fast and we cannot guarantee that we can secure more rooms as we get closer to the conference dates.
The JW Marriott is conveniently located about 12 miles from the Orlando International Airport. You can catch a Mears shuttle from the airport to the resort, usually less than a 20-minute ride. Rental cars are another option, but you will not need a car during the conference and there is a parking fee at the hotel. We will provide transportation to off-site activities and plan to provide shuttle buses back to the airport at the conclusion of the conference on Thursday for your convenience.
JW Marriott Grande Lakes is set among pristine lakes, sweeping vistas and fragrant gardens, taking you back to the genteel elegance of old-world Florida. Gracious service and enticing environments surround you. Awe-inspiring Spanish Colonial architecture, tropical gardens and a meandering lazy river beckon you to explore.

This resort's location is adjacent to the Ritz-Carlton which provides attendees access to both the golf course and the Spa.

Please note that Grande Lakes is a destination resort with beautiful amenities on the grounds. If you choose to leave the property on your own, you will need to arrange for transportation independently, whether a rental car, taxi or other vehicle.
